Individuals interested in acquiring copies of printed materials from the school district may download the Records Request Form from the above link.  Completed forms should be mailed to Ms. Danielle Dolci, Custodian of Public Records, Mansfield Township School District, 200 Mansfield Road East, Columbus, NJ 08022.

Ms. Dolci will notify the individual of the cost for copies requested.
