Transportation Opt Out Information
If you would like to opt out of transportation for your student attending John Hydock Elementary School or Mansfield Township Elementary School please read the Waiver Policy Guidelines below and complete the Parental Transportation Waiver. To reinstate transportation services, please complete the Transportation Reinstatement Form.
